Are the counties of Denton and Collin better places than the Austin-Round Rock area?
I've read that Plano, Richardson, Frisco, etc. are among the best places to live in America. Would that make them better than Austin; which has been previously described by many as being the best place to live in Texas?

Cheap housing and good schools are why Denton and Collin County rank high, it certainly isn't the scenery or nightlife. It's the land of cookie cutter McMansions and chain stores. The land is also flat with no features and no trees, or at least it was until they built it up. It's so flat that they probably don't even have to grade the land to build homes.
The reason Plano got it's name is because the guy that founded the town thought the Spanish word for plain was 'plano'.
Austin and Round Rock are in the pretty and scenic part of Texas known as the Hill Country. There are rolling hills, rivers, trees and it's just prettier than North Texas.
Now that you have the right size picked out, do you want round or anatomical (also known as shaped or "tear drop") breast implants? Anatomical implants are meant to mimic the slope of a natural breast. However, a round implant when not lying down, takes on basically the same shape.

Saline, a salt water solution, doesn't have the same viscosity or thickness. As a result, the saline in the implant will be affected by both gravity and muscle contraction as they exercise. The saline easily flows into a portion of the implant causing a slight collapse or rippling of the shell of the implant. These ripples create areas of weakness in the outer cover of the implant.
Even though silicone implants once again have FDA approval, saline implants are still a good choice for many women. Saline is available for breast augmentation to women 18 years and older, unlike silicone where the minimum age is 22 years. Saline implants, like their gel counterparts, have silicone shells, but the inside is filled with salt water instead of the gel.
Another advantage of the saline implant is that it is filled with fluid after being inserted in the breast, therefore requiring only a small incision. This is in contrast to silicone implants which are pre-filled. Also, because saline implants are filled after insertion, their final volume can be adjusted making it easier to correct for existing breast asymmetry.
When silicone implants do rupture they rarely deflate. The silicone from the implant can leak out into the intracapsular space around the implant area. Researchers must study and compare a large group of women, who don't have breast implants who are of similar age, health and social status and who are followed for a long time, meaning 10 to 20 years, before a relationship between the women with breast implants and any diseases can be made.
It is important to understand that if traces of silicone are found in your body for any reason, you should consider that it could be the result of another product you are using and not that it means one of your implants have begun to leak. The new silicone implants that are manufactured today carry very low risk for developing any type of leaks.
Exhaustive research around the world has led the FDA to again allow the use of silicone implants which it again considers safe. The newer silicone implants use a more cohesive gel that is less likely to move around the body if the implant in fact does leak. One major advantage of silicone implants is the very natural look they provide (as long as they are appropriately sized and positioned.
