Known as sheepskin boots from Australia, UGG boots have been in vogue for decades. Historically, UGG sheepskin boots were worn by pilots to keep their feet as warm as possible in high altitude during World War I and surfers who loved to wear UGG on the beach after they surfed in cold waters. It wasn' t until Ugg-N-Rugs sold the boot to Deckers Outdoor Company in 2003 that the boots came overseas.

Nowadays UGG has produced a dazzling array of snow boots, casual shoes, sandals and a variety of seasonal sheepskin footwear. However, the traditional distinctive ugg styles like UGG classic tall and UGG classic short with the top that can be folded either up or down is still hugely popular in multi-hues. And UGG Australian are still manufacturing a vast range of different UGG styles. Men and children are also not left out. There are some very masculine styles available, a range of classic boots in kid sizes, and UGG for babies which are very sweet. Most of the current ugg retain some of the original flavor as they all include sheepskin in some way!
